Hull City take on Cardiff City at the KCOM Stadium today. Here is a predicted starting XI for the Tigers-
GK- George Long- He has made a decent start to the season between the sticks.
RB- Eric Lichaj- The Tigers’ skipper will be eager to lead his teammates to three points.
CB- Reece Burke- He will keep his place in the heart of defence.
CB- Jordy de Wijs- The Dutchman will continue his partnership with Burke.
LB- Stephen Kingsley- The ex-Swansea City man will come up against their Welsh rivals this afternoon.
RM- Jarrod Bowen- He has managed five goals in nine appearances in all competitions so far this season and will be hungry for more.
CM- George Honeyman- Grant McCann has a tough choice between Honeyman and Daniel Batty but the summer signing may just edge it.
CM- Kevin Stewart- He scored twice in Hull’s 3-0 win away at Luton Town last weekend and is in great form.
CM- Jackson Irvine- The Australian international is in his third season in East Yorkshire.
LM- Kamil Grosicki- He looks up for it this season and has scored three goals in his last three games. Can he make it four today?
ST- Tom Eaves- The summer signing from League One side Gillingham is still yet to score for the Tigers and looks short of confidence. He needs his first goal and could really do with getting it against the Bluebirds.
